【Abstract】 In this paper, flicker and the flickermeter architecture are described first. Then, the virtual instruments software LabVIEWand its Simulation Interface Toolkit are introduced. A complete flickermeter based on IEC is designed and simulated using LabVIEWand MATLAB/Simulink. The Simulation Interface Toolkit (SIT) provides a seamless integration between MATLAB/Simulink softwareand LabVIEW. With visualization technology, LabVIEW can simulate flickermeter with better effect. The simulation result proves thatthe design is correct.更多还原
