基于串口的传统仪器自动测试系统研究
Research on the Automatic Measurement System of Traditional Instrument based on Serial Port
【摘要】 利用超级终端对带有RS-232串口的多波长计与计算机的连接串口进行了初步检测,并用与接口无关的VISA程序库组建了基于虚拟仪器技术的多波长计仪器控制系统。该系统通过远程命令可进行参数设置、执行单次/循环测量等操作。测量结果带有测量日期和时间,并且可自动存入EXCEL文件中,便于及时分析测量数据,也有助于保留历史记录、了解被测物理量的变化趋势。采用仪器控制技术完善后的多波长计测试系统增加了自动性和通用性、更适合于实际应用。
【Abstract】 The HyperTerminal program was utilized to inspect the RS-232 serial ports of multi-wavelength meter (MWM) and com-puter preliminarily. The instrument control system of MWM based on virtual instrument technology was developed using the VISA li-brary,which is independent of the interface type. The operations such as parameters setting and single/repeat measurement can be achieved by executing the remote demands in the control system. The measurement results with date and time can be saved in the EXCEL file automatically,which help to analyze the measurand in time and reserve the history records,and consequently acquire its variation trend. By adopting instrument control technology,the automaticity and versatility of measurement system have been en-hanced,which make it more suitable for the practical application.
