【摘要】 介绍了基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的分布式控制技术在煤粉制备系统中的应用,提出了工业控制计算机(IPC)与可编程控制器(PLC)相结合的FCS控制模式,采用现场总线控制(FCS)和组态化编程技术,实现了远程互联、互通、互操作,上、下位机能够独立运行,大大增强了系统的可靠性,提高了生产效率和产品质量,整个系统性价比高,对其他制备控制系统设计具有较强的现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents an application of Coal Powder Preparation Distributed Control System Based On PROFIBUS- DP de- signed by the FCS controlling mode connecting IPC with PLC. Combining FCS With configuration programmable skill, the control sys- tem can run independently with the supervising computer or the local equipment. With the design, both the credibility and efficiency of the system and the quality of product can be improved. It also provides preferably references for the designs of other preparation control systems.更多还原
