【摘要】 本文介绍了基于Profibus现场总线的新型布袋除尘器控制系统,通过工艺分析并结合现场实际要求,对系统结构设计和和各子系统的控制功能进行了详细说明。基于Profibus现场总线的通信机理,使得信息的传送更为高速、安全。本文还阐述了控制系统下位机、操作面板及通信的组态过程。实际运行结果表明,系统达到了设计要求,实现了新型布袋除尘器的自动化,降低了烟气中的粉尘含量,大大提高了除尘效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the new- type jet filter control system based on Profibus, and by combining the requirements of actu- al circumstances with the technics analysis, it expounds the system structure design and control function of the system. Basing on the communication mechanism of the Profibus, the information data can be transferred more quickly and safely. This paper also elaborates on the configuration process of control system, operation panel and communication. Pratical operation result indicates the system ful- filled designing requirement, realized the automation of the new- type jet filter, and improved efficiency of dedusting.更多还原
