【Abstract】 The distance leaning based on Web is a new direction for modern proceeding learning, and one of the most important purposes of modern distance education management is to ensure the teaching material management be more scientific, more simple, and more efficient .This paper introduces the design and implementation of teaching material management system based on Struts-MVC pattern .
