【摘要】 目的:对SHZH03株、SHZH98株、亚洲流行株(中国台湾98年、日本99年及新加坡2000和2001年流行株等)以及一部分欧洲流行株等的VP2和VP4基因进行了遗传进化分析.方法:在对肠道病毒71型中国(深圳)分离株SHZH03进行全基因组序列测定的基础上,利用DNA-STAR软件对VP2和VP4基因进行遗传进化分析.结果:SHZH03和SHZH98与亚洲流行株中的中国台湾98流行株、日本99流行株的遗传距离较近,而与新加坡2000和2001年流行株的遗传距离较远;SHZH03株与一些欧洲流行株有较大的差异.结论:中国深圳地区流行的肠道病毒71型有可能来源于中国台湾1998年EV71大规模流行时的毒株.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:phylogenic tree of SHZH03, SHZH98 and some other Enterovirus71 based on VP2 and VP4 gene was analyzed. Methods:the sequences of the full viral genome were determined by DNA chain termination method and then the phylogenic tree was completed by DNA- STAR software. Results:The genetic relationship between SHZH03, SHZH98 and some Asian strain such as China Taiwan 98 strains and Japan 99 strains is close, but the genetic relationship to Singapore 2000,2001 strains isfar. The genetic relationship between SHZH03 and some Europestra- ins are more distant. Conclusion:Our research make us to draw a conclusion that SHZH03 may has the same genotype with China Taiwan predominant strains and provides us a good basis for the basic study on Enterovirus71.更多还原
