陶瓷喷涂阀芯的研制与性能研究
Property and Research of Ceramic Coat Valve Center
【摘要】 介绍了基体采用45钢,表面喷涂工程陶瓷的旋塞阀芯的研制情况.该陶瓷涂层的组织细小,晶粒生长较完善,具有结合强度高、表面形态好、残余应力低的特点.陶瓷涂层的阶梯结构有利于润滑介质的存在,从而提高了阀芯工作表面的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性.
【Abstract】 The development of the ceramic coat plug valve core which substrate uses 45 steel is introduced.The ceramic coating organization is tiny,its crystal grain grows consummates,the union intensity is high,the surface contours isgood,theremaining stress is low,The step configur-ation structure of spread ceramic coating has advantage to keep the lubrication in,thus the wearing resistance and erode resistance of the valve core working surface is enhanced.
