船用电控柴油机的排放控制技术与试验
Emission technology and experiment of marine electronically-controlled diesel engine
【摘要】 介绍MARPOL73/78公约附则VI《防止船舶造成大气污染规则》,针对新型船用低速电控柴油机利用共轨系统控制并优化燃烧过程,采用低NOx喷嘴、延迟燃油喷射、增加压缩比、无烟运行模式等降低排放的措施与试验,结果表明船用电控柴油机的排放完全符合IMO排放规则。
【Abstract】 The annex Ⅵ of MARPOL73/78(Regulations on Prevention of Air Pollution from the Exhaust of Ship)is introduced briefly.The common rail system is used to control and optimize the combustion process for a new designed marine electronically-controlled low-speed diesel engine,in which several measures of reducing emission were adopted,such as lower NOx nozzle,late injection of fuel,larger compression ratio,running mode without smoke and so on.The experimental results showed that the emission of the diesel engine is fully conformed to IMO emission principles.
