The Remarkable Marking of Reform at a Higher Stage:Changing of the Method to Optimize Allocation of Resources
【摘要】 我国经济社会发展的根本矛盾是资源配置的失衡。扭转资源配置的失衡需要不断在理论与政策、观念与技术、内容与形式上进行全面的创新,改革深化期的显著标识就是实现资源配置方式更大格局、更高层次上的变革。
