红外光谱在保鲜膜材质快速定性鉴定中的应用
Application of Infrared Spectroscope to Rapid Qualitative Identification of Fresh Keeping Film
【摘要】 采用燃烧试验法及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对市售3种不同厂家的保鲜膜进行了材质分析,并比较了这两种方法的特点.结果表明:对保鲜膜的快速鉴定,红外光谱法明显优于燃烧试验法;且红外光谱法不需进行样品的前处理,并具有无损分析的特点,适合于对市场上保鲜膜的快速定性鉴定.
【Abstract】 The materials of fresh keeping film which produced in three different factories were qualitatively analyzed by means of combustion experiment and the fourier transform infrared spectroscope;comparative studies were also carried out between them.The results show that the method of infrared spectrum is obviously better than that of the combustion experiment in rapid identification of fresh keeping film.Due to its characteristics of non-pretreatment and nondestructive analysis of samples,the method of infrared spectrum is suitable to rapid qualitative identification of fresh keeping film on the market.
