基于价值要素的新产品评价
Evaluation of New Product Performance Based on Value Elements
【摘要】 新产品绩效评价是认识与把握新产品开发规律、系统总结产品创新经验的主要手段。它对于企业正确制定产品创新战略,提高产品创新水平具有重要意义。首先构建了新产品绩效评价指标体系,在此基础上用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,对指标数据进行标准化处理及转化,并用指标标准数据与指标权重之积的线性加权和对新产品绩效进行排序。
【Abstract】 Evaluation of new product performance is the main means to find the pattern of innovation new product development,and to systematically summarize new product experiences.It is of great significance to correctly make product innovation strategies and to promote the level of product innovation.The authors construct the performance evaluation indexes,calculate the weights by using Analytical Hierarchy Process.After standard processing and transforming of the index data,the new product performance are ranked by comparing the sum of product obtained by multiplying the index data and their weights.
