【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems with the reviewing and evaluation of contributions for sci-tech journals and the resultant damage to the healthy growth of the journals.It proposes that managing editors should adopt a correct attitude and take necessary measures so that sci-tech journals would grow into a model in safeguarding academic fairness and promoting sci-tech development.更多还原
