高速公路承包商施工危机管理预警系统研究
A Study on Forewarning System of Construction Crisis Management of Expressway Contractor
【摘要】 高速公路施工中影响工程正常运行的风险因素是多方面的,如不能及时识别和控制这些危及工程的潜在因素,极易形成工程施工的危机局面。用危机管理预警系统来实时控制工程施工的执行状况,系统及时发出预警,能使高速公路建设管理者能迅速采取相应措施,从而保证高速公路施工的顺利实施。
【Abstract】 The risk factor that influences the performance of expressway construction can be various.If they cannot be identified and controlled promptly,it is easily to from crisis situation and put the project in danger.With the forewarning system of crisis management,the performance situation of construction is controlled timely.The system sends out early warning in time and the supervisors of expressway construction can adopt corresponding measures immediately,which guarantee successful implementation of expressway construction.
