我国企业家人力资本定价与激励方案设计

【摘要】 分析了我国企业家人力资本定价的现状及存在的问题,提出了企业家人力资本定价和激励方案设计的基本思路和完善这一制度的配套措施。

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the current and existent issues of Chinese entrepreneur human capital in list price,and proposes basis trail of thought for list price and incentive with coordinated measures.
