【摘要】 以环己酮为原料,乙酸为溶剂,过硼酸钠四水化合物为氧化剂,合成了ε-己内酯.通过对ε己内酯合成工艺条件的研究,得到了最佳合成工艺条件:环己酮与过硼酸钠四水化合物摩尔比为1∶1.5,反应时间3h,反应温度80℃.在最佳反应条件下进行ε-己内酯的合成实验,其收率达到70.1%.更多还原

【Abstract】 ε-Caprolactone was synthesized with cyclohexanone using acetic acid as solvent and sodium perborate tetrahydrate as oxidant reagent.Through the study on the synthetic process,the optimum technological conditions were obtained,which were as follows:the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to sodium perborate tetrahydrate was 1∶1.5,the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 3 h.Under the optimum synthetic conditions,the experiment for the synthesis of ε-caprolactone is carried out,and the yield of ε-caprolactone can reach 70.1%.更多还原
