侧链含介晶基团螯合树脂的制备及吸附性能
Synthesis and Adsorption Properties of Poly(Ethyleneimine) Chelating Resins with Pendent Mesogenic Groups
【摘要】 制备了以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为主链,亚甲基为间隔基,侧链含介晶基团的高分子螯合树脂。通过红外光谱、核磁共振分析表征了其结构,利用偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热(DSC)研究了树脂的相变行为。螯合树脂在熔点以上呈现一种中间相态,当侧链介晶基团的取代度达到一定程度(≥88%)呈现液晶相转变,探讨了合成反应条件对取代度的影响。静态法测定了螯合树脂对Pb(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)的吸附容量,研究其对金属离子的吸附性能。结果表明,此螯合树脂对Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)有好的吸附能力和吸附选择性,对Cd(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)也有一定的吸附作用。
【Abstract】 The removal and separation of toxic and environmentally relevant ions were technological challenges with respect to industrial and environmental applications.Chelating resins as a kind of functinal polymer materials had a good general complexing property for metal ions transition but low selectivity.In this paper,a series of linear PEI with side mesogenic groups was synthesized.The crystalline properties of the polymers prepared were investigated by the Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC),Polarizing Microscopy(POM) and X-ray measurement.The adsorption properties of the chelating resins for Pb(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ) were studied.The Results showed that the resins had excellent absorption and absorptive selectivity for Pb(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅱ).
