固相萃取/气相色谱法检测污水中的有机磷农药

【摘要】 研究了污水中4种有机磷农药的固相萃取-气相色谱法分析方法。优化了最佳分离条件为:Speak-C18柱富集,φ(甲醇)∶φ(丙酮)=70∶30洗脱液淋洗,HP50+毛细柱分离,FPD检测器检测,4种磷农药的组分完全分离,峰形很好,且方法的检出限低,解决了污水中马拉硫磷和对硫磷难以分离的问题。

【Abstract】 The methods of SPE/GC L/GC of the four kinds of organic phosphorus were analyzed.Agricultural chemicals in the wastewater was studied in this paper.The best separated conditions was also optimized: concentrated on C18 pole;flashed with blended liquid in which φ(CH3OH)∶φ(VC3H6O) was in the ratio of 7 to 3 and separated on HP50+ pole capillary and detected with FPD detector lead to complete separation of the four kinds of material with good peak and minimal concentration.It also resolved the problem to separate malathion and parathion.
