反击式破碎机机架的协同仿真分析
Finite Element Analysis for the Frame of Impact Hammer Crusher Based on Collaborative Simulation Environment
【摘要】 讨论了协同仿真分析方法,并基于协同仿真环境ANSYS Workbench,针对某反击式破碎机机架,实现CAD/CAE设计-仿真的同步协同,对其进行参数化建模并进行多工况变参数有限元分析,对其强度与刚度作了相应的评价,为后续的优化改进提供了依据,为协同仿真分析技术在复杂产品设计中的应用作了有益的尝试。
【Abstract】 Based on the collaborative simulation environment ANSYS Workbench,the collaborative CAD/CAE for design-simulation was realized and the parametric model for the frame of impact hammer crusher was established.Also,the finite element analysis with multiple loading conditions and variable parameters was carried out.The results can provide an important foundation for the improvement and optimization of this hammer crusher.
