微波场下渗硼层的制备与研究
Preparation and Research on Boronized Layer in Microwave Field
【摘要】 以35碳钢为基体研究了微波场下材料渗硼层的制备及渗硼层的组织和相结构,并与常规加热模式进行比较,发现微波场下的渗硼层的形成、相结构等与常规有较大差异,且相同条件下渗层要厚得多。渗层的快速形成主要是硼原子在渗层中快速扩散的结果。
【Abstract】 Based on the 35~# steel,the manufacture of boronized material,structure and composing of the boronized layer under microwave field were studied.Compared with the normal thermal mode,the layer under microwave field has differences in forming,structure and so on,besides,it is much more thicker in the same condition.The layer’s fast formation dues to the boracic atom’s fast diffusion.
