高强机制砂混凝土中石粉与粉煤灰的复合效应
Composition Effects of FA and Stone Powder in High Strength Concrete with Machine-made Sand
【摘要】 以C60机制砂混凝土为试验对象,对比研究了3.5%、7%、10.5%、14%(质量分数)4个不同石粉掺量下分别选择不同粉煤灰(FA)掺量(0、11%、17%)配制的机制砂混凝土的工作性、强度、干缩以及耐久性。结果表明,在耐久性满足要求的前提下,11%掺量的粉煤灰与7%含量的石粉产生了良好的复合叠加效应,使混凝土获得了最佳和易性和强度值,且对干缩起到了一定的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Based on experiments of C60 concrete with machine-made sand,this paper studied on the workability,strength,drying shrinkage and durability of the concretes with different weight fractions(3.5%、7%、10.5%、14%) of stone powder and different FA contents(0、11%、17%).The results indicated that in the precondition of eligible durability,11% of FA content and 7% of stone powder content had the composition effects,which made concretes have best workability and strength,and restrain the shrinkage to a degree.
