含1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷混合气体体系L_w-H-V相平衡实验研究
L_w-H-V Equilibrium Studies of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane Mixtures+Water System
【摘要】 利用恒温压力搜索法在277.15~295.49 K温度范围内测量了3组含R-134a混合气体生成水合物的相平衡条件,结果表明在实验温度范围内R-134a显著降低甲烷和氢气形成水合物的压力;对其中一组数据采用Parrish-Praus-nitz模型进行了相平衡预测计算,并修正了该条件下的Langmuir经验常数,修正前后模型计算的最大压力误差分别为25.6%和4.11%,表明经验参数的修正改进了预测结果。
【Abstract】 The hydrate formation conditions of the R-134a mixtures were measured in a temperature range of 277.15~(295.49 K),and the equilibrium were carried out by using a transparent sapphire cell equipped with magnetic stirring and data acquisition system by isothermal pressure-search method.The equilibrium results indicated that the equilibrium pressures of the gas mixture of R-134a and methane were lower(>3 MPa) than that of pure methane at the same temperature range and(R-134a) can promote the hydrate formation of the gas mixtures more effectively than propane.The Parrish-Prausnitz model with modified Langmuir constant gave a maximum relative deviation of the pressure of 4.11%,much lower than that of 25.6% predicted by the original model.
