基于CSR法的蠕变内应力测试与应用

【摘要】 采用CSR法对蠕变内应力的测试进行了研究,并在材料试验机上实现了CSR法的蠕变内应力测试。提出了将蠕变内应力应用于工程实际的数学模型,并进行了实际应用。结果表明,用CSR法测定高温构件的蠕变内应力是可行的,将蠕变内应力用于高温构件的剩余寿命预测是有效的,并可克服一般外推方法的不足。

【Abstract】 The research was carried out on the basis of CSR to measure creep internal stress.Measurements of creep internal stress were conducted on the material test machine by using the CSR(constant strain rate)method.It was also proposed by a mathematical mode of creep internal stress,which applies into the practical engineering.The results showed that it was viable to use CSR measuring creep internal stress of high temperature components and effective to forecast residual life of high temperature components using creep internal stress,at same times,it can overcome shortage of general extrapolate method.
