氧化亚锡基贮锂材料的合成、性质及结晶化原因分析
Synthesis and Properties of SnO-Based Lithium Storage Materials and Its Crystallization Analysis
【摘要】 用流变相反应和前驱物热分解法合成了氧化亚锡基贮锂材料,通过X射线衍射和电化学测试对材料进行了表征,并分析了产物结晶化的原因.结果表明,在不同温度下制备的氧化亚锡基硼磷铝酸盐贮锂材料(TABP)均有较好的贮锂性能,其中在500℃下热解前驱物制备的样品其初始可逆容量为551 mAh/g,经过20周循环后,仍然保持67.7%的可逆容量,表现出最佳循环性能.在惰性气氛中,SnO在较高温度下发生歧化反应,导致样品产生晶体.
【Abstract】 The SnO-based anode materials for lithium ion batteries were synthesized through rheological phase reaction and pyrolysis of precursors.The products were characterized by XRD and electrochemical measurements.The cause of crystallization was analysed about the products.The results show that SnO-based boron phosphor aluminium composite oxides prepared with different temperature exhibite large lithium storage capacities.The initial reversible capacity of the sample prepared in 500 ℃ is 551 mAh/g,and retains 67.7% of capacity in the 20th cycle.The sample prepared in 500 ℃ exhibites the best cycle-(ability.) In inert atmosphere,SnO reacted dismutatively,and crystal was formed in higher temperative.
