米托蒽醌在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的伏安行为及其应用
Voltammetric Behaviors of Mitoxantrone at the Multi-Wall Carbon Nanotube Modified Electrode and Its Application
【摘要】 研究了米托蒽醌在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的伏安行为,发现多壁碳纳米管能显著提高米托蒽醌的氧化峰电流.通过选择和优化各项参数,建立了一种直接测定米托蒽醌的电分析方法.该方法的线性范围为2.8×10-8~1.1×10-6mol.L-1;开路富集4 min后,检出限为5.6×10-9mol.L-1;平行测定1.0×10-7mol.L-1米托蒽醌10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.6%.该方法被应用于米托蒽醌注射液中米托蒽醌的含量测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 The voltammetric behavior of mitoxantrone on the MWNT modified electrode was investigated.It is found that MWNT film significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of mitoxantrone.All the experimental parameters were optimized,and a sensitive electrochemical method was developed for the determination of mitoxantrone.The oxidation peak current is linear with the concentration of mitoxantrone from 2.8×10-8 to 1.1×10-6 mol·L-1.The detection limit is about 5.6×10-9 mol·L-1 for 4 min accumulation.The relative standard deviation(n=10) was 4.6% for 1.0×10-7 mol·L-1mitoxantrone.This method can be successfully used in the determination of content of mitoxantrone in mitoxantrone injections.
