工业钣金件的三维立体量测
Three-dimensional Visual Measurement of Industrial Sheetmetal
【摘要】 利用基于摄影测量两类未知数逐渐趋近平差算法来解求工业钣金件的三维坐标,从而达到对钣金件量测的目的。实验表明,该方法可以满足工业钣金件三维量测的要求。
【Abstract】 According to the latest manufacturing industry demands,the algorithm of which two kinds of parameters are gotten together regularly is used to calculate the 3D coordinates of the industrial sheetmetal.Then its length is measured.The method needs only a few hardwares,the system can run quickly and the result is precise.It has been proved that the method can satisfy the acquirement of the manufacturing industry.
