【摘要】 设计了一种适用于我国教育系统黑板-黑板擦-粉笔构架的负压式黑板擦吸尘器,该黑板擦吸尘器由外壳、清灰装置、过滤袋总成、气流分布装置、连接风管、引风机、风机电机、排气管、电源开关组成。清灰装置、过滤袋总成及气流分布装置支承于外壳的内凸台上,引风机与风机电机支承于外壳的底部,连接风管连接引风机的出风口与气流分布装置的进风口,排气管与电源开关安装在外壳的侧壁上。本文所设计的黑板擦吸尘器具有重力沉降与气流过滤双重收尘机制、收尘效率高、结构简单、清灰方便、成本低、可靠性高等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This introduced a pressure cleaner of blackboard eraser being applicable to our educational system of blackboard-blackboard eraser-chalk framework,the vacuum cleaner consist of the blackboard clean shell,the deashing devices,the filtration kit assembly,the air currents distribution devices,connecting the wind pipes,the induced draft fan and the motor,the exhaust pipes,the power switches.The deashing devices,the filtration kit assembly and the distribution devices of air currents are supported on the dummy club out of the case,the induced draft fan and the motor are supported under the bottom out of the case,the connecting the wind pipes connect the uptake of the induced draft fan with the inlet of air currents distribution devices,the exhaust pipe and the power switches are installed in the side wall out of the case.The pressure cleaners of blackboard eraser described above had the characteristics of the double dust collection mechanisms of the gravitational settling and the pneumatic filtering,dust collection efficient,simple structure,deashing convenient,low-cost,high reliability and so on更多还原
