Ag、Bi的掺杂对La0.67Sr0.33MnO3磁性及传输性的影响

【摘要】 利用溶胶-凝胶法制成了La0.67Sr0.33MnO3微粉,在x=0-10%mol比范围内进行了Ag2O和Bi2O3的掺杂研究。结果发现,Ag和Bi的掺杂对材料的磁性影响较小,少量掺杂使材料电阻率ρ增大。随掺杂量的增加,将有金属分离出来而形成两相复合体系。由于高电导率金属的存在,为电子传输提供了第二条传导路径从而引起材料电阻率的大幅下降,这在陶瓷材料中是难能可贵的,使得这一类两相体系在导电陶瓷方面具有很大的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The samples were prepared by doping Ag2O or Bi2O3(x=0-10 % mol ratio) into the La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 powder,which is synthesized by sol-gel method.The results indicate that doping Ag or Bi has slight influence on magnetic properties of LSMO,while the resistivity ρincreases to a certain extent with a bit of addition.With increasing the doping amount,two phase composite systems consisting of perovskite compound and metal were formed.Due to the appearance of second pathway for current flow between grains provided by highly conducting metal phase,the resistivity decreases remarkably,which is very meaningful for practical applications in conductive ceramics.
