【Abstract】 The core of the“three issues”in the rural areas is the farmer issue,and the basic way to solve the issues lies in the development of education in rural areas.At present,compared with the children in cities and towns,the chil-dren of farmers have disadvantages in the schooling years and the quality of education.Now the main problem is that all-leveled governments should increase the education investment in rural areas,so as to enable the farmers’children to receive the nine-year compulsory education;meanwhile,in order to solve“the farmer issues”fundamentally,we should take all ways to develop vocational education,and let farmers master modern production technology.更多还原
