【摘要】 乡镇卫生院是农村公共卫生服务体系的重要组成部分,是农村全面建设小康社会的组织载体之一。通过研究乡镇卫生院现状,分析得出在全面建设小康社会中乡镇卫生院面临的主要问题有:发展环境日趋严峻;管理体制不顺,运行机制不活;人员素质偏低;服务质量难以满足农村居民的需要。提出如下建议:加大政府农村卫生投入,解除乡镇卫生院开展公共卫生服务的后顾之忧;优化乡镇卫生院布局,完善其服务功能;加强乡镇卫生院人才管理,提高人员素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The township health center is an important composing part of rural public health service system,and it is also an organization carrier in the construction of well-off society in all-round way in the rural areas.Through investigation and analysis of the status quo of township health centers,it is indicated that in the construction process of well-off society,that the main problems facing township health center faces are as follows:development environment becomes austere gradually;management system is not fluent,and operation mechanism is not flexible;the diathesis of employees is low;the health service quality can’t meet the demand of rural residents.We put forward the following suggestions:increase governmental devotion on rural hygiene to release township health centers from financing problems;optimize the layout of township health centers and enrich their service function;strengthen human resources management in township health centers and enhance the diathesis of employees.更多还原
