【摘要】 为了解民营医院发展的政策环境、存在困难等,采用普查法对广东省范围内的所有民营医院进行了问卷调查,结果发现广东省民营医院发展还处于起步阶段,存在政府扶持政策不够、税收多、社会认同差、人才流动大和管理水平参差不齐等问题。建议政府应充分认识到民营医疗服务的作用,在理论、政策和法律等方面对其进行规范和明确。更多还原

【Abstract】 To get a general idea about the political environment and existing difficulties in the development of non-governmental hospital in Guangdong Province, we adopt the method of census; execute a questionnaire towards all of the non-governmental hospitals in the scope of Guangdong Province. We found that non-governmental hospital is still in its beginning stage and its strength is not powerful enough. The problems can be listed as follows: inadequate supporting policy from the government,heavy taxes,inferior social identification,immoderate fluidity of talents,uneven levels of management,etc. So the health administrative sector should be fully aware of the importance of non-governmental hospital and its social function, and then regulate and specify aspects in terms of theory, policy and legislation.更多还原
