【Abstract】 According to the analysis of various factors that affect financing risk of demander in the finance process of the New-Cooperation Medical System(NCMS),the thesis bring forward that we should step on the legislation of NCMS, enhance cooperation between the sanitation department and the other department, perfect the financing mode, and establish the steady financing mechanism. Furthermore, we should intensify the propaganda of insurance consciousness for the farmer, and make them to build up the conception of investing for health.
