【摘要】 为了解农村在经济结构变化后村卫生室的发展状况,随机抽样调查了83所村卫生室。调查发现,70%以上的村卫生室的产权形式实质上属于不同形式的私立性质;卫生服务人员整体业务素质仍较低;卫生室接近90.0%左右的收入主要靠药品,医疗技术服务含量很低;贫困地区私立卫生室存在房屋紧张、器械设备简陋和惨淡经营的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey was conducted on 83 village clinics were selected with randomly method and the current situation of village clinics were investigated. The result showed that, at present, more than 70% of clinics were privately runned. the whole professional diathesis of village health workers is still low; about 90% of clinic revenues through drugs, and the poor quality operation are existed in some private clinics in undeveloped area.更多还原
