高可靠性混合式步进电机驱动系统研究
Studies of Reliable Driving System for Hybrid Stepping Motor
【摘要】 给出了一种由单片机、专用集成芯片和可编程逻辑器件构成的高可靠性二相混合式步进电机驱动系统。详细分析了系统各部分的工作原理及功能的实现方案。实验结果表明,系统结构完善,采用过流信号的双重保护和电流截止负反馈等措施后,使系统运行稳定,可靠性提高。
【Abstract】 A reliable drive system for a two-phase hybrid stepping motor is introduced in this paper,the drive system is composed of a micro-controller,some special integrated chips and PLDs(Programmable Logic Device).The working principle of each part of the system and the realization of each function are also introduced and analyzed in detail in the paper.Experimental data shows us that the system has a perfect structure,because it adopts some means such as the dual protection of the over current signal and current cut-off feedback circuit,so the system has a good stability and reliability.
