螺旋桨飞机模型风洞实验驱动电机发热研究
Heating Research on Driven Motor Used in Wind Tunnel Test of Propeller Aerocraft Model
【摘要】 针对螺旋桨飞机模型带动力风洞实验要求,通过气动性能分析提出驱动电机的技术指标,在满足结构约束的条件下,通过合理设计电机的电磁负荷、校核发热、采用高效冷却装置等,研制出短时工作制高功率密度三相异步电机。重点研究该高功率密度电机的发热与冷却问题。实验结果表明,使用该方法设计的电机满足了风洞实验要求,具有较高的性价比和较强的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements of propeller aerocraft model test in wind tunnel,specifications of the driven motor is presented by aerodynamic analysis,and a short-term operated high power density three-phase induction motor is developed with reasonably designing the motor,such as electromagnetism load,heat checkout and high-efficiency heat exchanger.This paper mainly research on the heat and cooling of the high power density induction motor.The experiment result showed that motor designed by the method satisfy the needs of wind tunnel experiment,have high performance with low price and intensive engineering application value.
