【摘要】 目的探讨HIF-1α在不同分化程度的胃癌组织中表达情况及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测HIF-1α在10例正常胃组织和64例胃癌原发灶中的表达情况,并采用同济千屏影像工程公司HPIAS-2000型图像分析软件进行定量分析。结果64例胃癌中HIF-1α阳性表达54例,总阳性率为84.4%。HIF-1α在正常组织中的阳性表达率为23·79%,高、中和低分化的胃癌组织中HIF-1α阳性表达率分别为62·91%、69·83%和63·26%,在不同分化程度的胃癌组织中都强表达,均和非胃癌组织有显著性差异。结论HIF-1α在胃癌组织中表达率高,与胃癌细胞的转移、浸润、生长和黏附有关,是预测胃癌转移的一个较有价值的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of HIF₁α and the relationship between HIF₁αexpression and biological behavior in gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry method of S_P was used to examine HIF₁α expression in 64 primary gastric cancer tissues, and 10 normal gastric mucosa specimens as control. Expression of HIF₁α was analyzed by HPIAS₂000 Image analysis software.Results Positive HIF₁α expression was observed in 85.9% of the gastric cancer cases. Normal epithelial cells showed little or weak nuclear immunoreactivity. The degree of enhancement of immunoreactivity was different corresponding to various histopathological subtypes in cancer tissues. Positive HIF₁α expression in well,moderate and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma tissues was 62.91%,69.83% and 63.26%,repectively.When HIF₁α expression in gastric cancer was compared with that in normal gastric tissues, there was a significant difference.Conclusion HIF₁α might be a useful tumor marker for gastric cancers with respect to tumor metastasis, proliferation, cancer progression, and tumor cell adhesion.更多还原
