微波高温加热真空系统的研制

【摘要】 在微波加热原理的基础上,根据具体的实验要求,介绍了一套自制的多模谐振腔微波高温加热真空系统。在该真空系统上进行了温度场测量;碳毡和碳化硅的微波加热试验;碳毡的气相致密化与碳化钨陶瓷的烧结试验。结果表明:该微波加热系统电场主要聚焦在中心区域,而且均匀分布;在气氛保护下,碳化硅的加热温度在20m in内达到1700℃,碳化钨的烧结致密度达到96%以上,在90小时内,碳毡的密度可达1.70g/cm3。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of microwave heating,considering the experimental process,a set of self-made multimode microwave resonant cavity high-temperature heating vacuum system was introduced.The temperature field of the microwave heating system was measured,and the heating effect of carbon felts and silicon carbide was tested,the experiments were researched on chemical vapor infiltration of carbon felts and microwave sinter of ceramic.The experimental results were: the electromagnetic field was focused uniformly in the central region of the cavity;silicon carbide was heated up to 1700℃ with the protection of nitrogen gas in 20 minutes;the relative density of WC rise to 96%;the density of carbon felts rise to 1.70g/cm~3 by microwave high-temperature heating vacuum system in 90 hours.
