汽车控制臂挤压铸造工艺研究
Control Arm of Automobile in Squeezing Casting
【摘要】 以汽车控制臂为研究对象,探讨了挤压铸造成形工艺的模具设计和工艺参数设计对产品性能的影响。着重对内浇道截面宽度、合金成分、压力等工艺参数进行了优化试验。结果表明,在采用截面宽度为10mm的浇道、挤压铸造比压为50MPa、A356成分中的w(Fe)≤0.1%的试验条件下,铸件组织致密,晶粒细化,力学性能达到进口同种合金锻件的水平(σb≥280MPa,δ≥6%)。
【Abstract】 Effects of die design and processing parameters on control arm of automobile in squeezing casting have been investigated.The optimization of processing parameters,such as the sectioned width of ingate,composition and pressure,has been paid attention to.The experimental results indicate that the control arm with sound microstructure and fine grain size whose mechanical properties approach to those of forging parts can be produced with sectioned width of 10mm and specific pressure of 50 MPa and Fe content less than 0.1%.
