牙科用Ti-Mo合金的组织及性能特点

【摘要】 在纯钛中加入Mo元素制成二元Ti-Mo合金,测定了Ti-Mo合金的密度、维氏硬度、抗压强度、弹性模量及抗弯强度等性能。实验结果表明:该合金形成了等轴的α+β组织,Ti-Mo合金的维氏硬度为451,抗压强度为1636MPa,压缩率为22.5%,抗压弹性模量为29.8GPa,抗弯强度为1432MPa,合金的塑性较好,性能优异。Ti-Mo合金是一种有发展前景的口腔修复用钛合金。

【Abstract】 The density, Vickers hardness, compressive strength, elastic modulus and bending strength of the Ti-Mo alloy were examined by adding Mo into pure Ti to prepare the binary alloy. Experimental results show that the alloy is characterized by equiaxed α+β phase. The Vickers hardness, compressive strength, compressive rate, elastic modulus and bending strength of the dental Ti-Mo alloy is 451, 1 636 MPa, 22.5%,29.8 GPa and 1 432 MPa, respectively, exhibiting excellent plasticity and mechanical properties. Ti-Mo alloy is used to dental industry, showing competitive prospect.
