【摘要】 [目的]验证脑动脉硬化症中医辨证计量诊断判别函数式的可重复性。[方法]在福建省中医药研究院附属第二人民医院老年病科进行了双盲前瞻性检验,把前瞻检验结果与脑动脉硬化症中医辨证计量诊断判别函数式诊断结果进行对比评价。[结果]该函数式灵敏度、特异度、误诊率和漏诊率都处于相似水平(P>0.05)。[结论]该函数式的诊断效能有比较好的可重复性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To validate the reliability of discriminant function formula DFF on TCM syndrome of metrodiagnosis on cerebral arteriosclerosis CAS one randomized double blind prospective studies was proceeded in gereology department of The Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Institute of TCM. Methods Matching evaluation was made between the results of prospective study and retrospective study. Result The Sensitivity Specificity Mistake Diagnostic Rate Omission Diagnostic Rate between gold dergnosis and the diagnosis of DFF were similar P>0.05.
