羟基官能化CPE制备新型热塑性弹性体
Preparation of a Novel Thermoplastic Elastomer with Hydroxy-functional CPE
【摘要】 以主链为氯化聚乙烯(CPE),支链为丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEA)的羟基官能化接枝聚合物CPE-g-HEA为主要原料,通过共混方法与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行反应制得一种新型热塑性弹性体。本文以FTIR、DMA及应力/应变曲线对该聚合物结构及性能进行了表征,考察了CPE-g-HEA的合成温度、氯含量对热塑性弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,CPE-g-HEA/TDI共混物与CPE和CPE-g-HEA相比拉伸强度有了大幅度的提高。
【Abstract】 A new thermoplastic elastomer based on CPE-g-HEA and tolylene diisocyanate(TDI) was prepared by the blending method.The structure of the thermoplastic elastomers was characterized by FTIR and the properties were researched by DMA and the stress-stain curve.The influence of CPE-g-HEA reaction temperature and chlorine content on the mechanical properties were investigated.The results showed that the physical-mechanical properties of the thermoplastic elastomer were higher than those of CPE and CPE-g-HEA.
