管材机头流道几何参数的优化设计
Optimal Design of Channel Geometry Parameters of Tubular Head
【摘要】 应用粘性流体的基本理论,分析了聚合物材料在管材机头流道内的流动。以单位产量能耗最小为优化目标,建立了简化的管材机头收敛流道几何参数优化设计的数学模型,应用复合形法求解。最后,确定出其主要几何参数收敛内半径、收敛外半径和收敛内半角的推荐值。
【Abstract】 The optimal design of convergent channel of extruder tubular head was discussed.The flow of polymer material in a convergence channel of tubular head was analyzed by applying the basic theory of a viscous fluid.A simplified mathematical model of the optimal design of convergence channel geometry parameters of tubular die was established according to the optimal target with the minimal energy consumption per unit output.This model was solved by means of complex method.Finally,the suggested convergent inner radius,convergent outside radius and convergent inner angle were determined.
