【摘要】 以异丙醇为柱前衍生试剂,建立了反相高效液相色谱法间接测定2-乙酰氧基异丁酰溴的新方法。实验结果表明,在流动相:异丙醇-水(60:40),流速:1．0 mL／min,检测波长:234 nm的条件下,定量校正曲线具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为O．9996。方法用于样品中标题物质(C6H9BrO3)的测定,RSD=O．41％(n=6),加标回收率为99～110％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid reverse high performance liquid chromatography method based on the iso - propyl alcohol as an agent of pre-deri-vatization is developed for the determination of 2-acetoxyisobutyryl bromide. The experimental results show that the linear relationship is good , the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9996 under the conditions of mobile phase (iso-propyl alcohol + water) and flow rate as well as detect wavelength is 60:40, 1.0 mL/min and 234 nm respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of title compound in sample, RSD is 0.41% (n = 6) , recovery is in the range of 99%-110%.更多还原
