电液比例节流井控系统的动态分析
Dynamic analysis of battery-solution proportional throttle well control system
【摘要】 电液比例节流井控系统不仅可用于一般钻井溢流压井,也可用于欠平衡钻井井口回压控制。本文阐述了系统的组成和工作原理,研究建立了电液比例控制系统的数学模型,用频率特性博德图分析了该系统的稳定性及快速性,并计算了系统的稳态精度,为确定系统的控制算法和系统设计提供了重要的参考数据。
【Abstract】 Battery-solution proportional throttle well control system not only can be used in well killing but also can be used in wellhead pressure control of underbalanced drilling.This paper expatiates the composition of the system and its working theory,sets up a mathematical model of battery-solution proportion control system,analyzes the stability and rapidity of the system by frequency Bode drawing and calculates the steady state accuracy of the system.These provide important reference data for system control algorithm and system design.
