大型轧机油膜轴承试验台三维实体造型研究
Research on 3D Solid Modeling of Large-scale Oil-film Bearing Test Stand of Rolling Mill
【摘要】 轧机油膜轴承是轧机的“心脏”,是轧钢机械的重要组成部分。为全面开展轧机油膜轴承理论及试验研究,我校投资建立了大型轧机油膜轴承试验台,填补了国内空白。为使试验台成为新型轧机油膜轴承理论及试验研究的重要基地,更好地起到宣传和展示轧机油膜轴承的重要窗口作用,作者采用三维CAD软件INVENTOR进行了试验台三维实体造型研究,为开展全方位的试验研究奠定了客观坚实的测绘和试验基础。
【Abstract】 As the heart of rolling mill,oil-film bearing plays an important role in rolling machinery.To globally develop theoretical and experimental research on oil-film bearing,a large-scale rolling oil-film bearing test stand is built by Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,which fills domestic vacancy.To make the newly-built test stand as an important base for theoretical and experimental research,and to better display the function of window to oil-film bearing,3D CAD software Inventor is used for solid modeling of test stand,which provides an objective and solid foundation for overall test research.
