【摘要】 在回顾JIT(Just In Time)生产方式和柔性生产方式基本内容的基础上,分析了两种生产方式各自的特点,提出了JIT生产方式中实施生产柔性化的有效措施,最后对弹性作业人数在生产柔性化中的应用进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Based on the overview of JIT production and the basic concept of flexible production,the paper analyzes their specific characteristics respectively.Then the effective measures in JIT production model are put forward.Finally,this paper discusses the application of the flexible operators in flexible production.
