三辊对称卷板机参数的计算模型与运动仿真
The Mathematical Model for Parameters and Process Simulation of Plate Rolling with Symmetric Three Rolls
【摘要】 通过三辊对称卷板机所卷钢板的几何参数来计算卷制工艺参数、弹(复)前的曲率、力学参数等,分析了一次进给对称卷板的可行性,用计算机进行人机对话并验证其可能性,从而达到创建三辊对称卷板机的计算模型和进行仿真的目的,并且为以后设计三辊对称自动卷板系统打下基础。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the parameters calculation of steel plate bending with symmetric three rolls according to the analysis of geometric parameters and mechanical parameters of the steel to be rolled.All the parameters can be worked out by computer according to mathematical model which includes technological parameters such as the curvature before elastic restoration,mechanical parameters.The paper also gives the feasibility analysis of symmetric plate bending under one feeding condition and proves the possibility of the communication between people and computers by computer program.All this is to build the mathematical model and simulation of the plate bending with symmetric three rolls and do a solid work which provides references for design of automatic plate of bending numerically controlled with symmetric three rolls.
