运动员一年训练中血睾酮和红细胞参数变化
Changes of The Blood testosterone and Red Blood Cell parameters of Athletes During One Year’s Training Period
【摘要】 研究优秀运动员一年训练周期中血睾酮的变化规律,分析运动性低血睾酮的发生与训练周期安排的关系;总结优秀运动员一年训练周期中红细胞和网织红细胞相关参数的变化,分析运动性血红蛋白降低在不同训练周期的表现特点。研究方法:以一年作为一个相对完整的训练周期,分为春季赛前(3-5月份),赛季(6-10月份),赛后与冬训期(11-1月份),测试江苏省田径、游泳、体操、划船、自行车、篮球、排球、柔道、手球、现代五项等项目的优秀运动员血睾酮、红细胞与网织红细胞参数,进行统计与分析。研究结果:运动员血睾酮值均表现出明显的训练与比赛周期特点,冬训后和大赛后较低,赛前较高或一般,出现低血睾酮的运动员不少,且所有项目中都有运动员在训练中出现低血睾酮,恢复较慢。同样证明了训练周期安排是影响血睾酮的最重要因素;运动员训练中血红蛋白的降低与训练周期无明显相关,在春季赛前血红蛋白低于13g/dl的女运动员比例较其它训练阶段多,达到20%,其它阶段低于10%;在春季赛前血红蛋白低于14g/dl的男运动员比例较其它训练阶段多,达到11%,其它阶段比例较小;除个别女运动员外,未发现发生贫血的运动员;除个别女运动员外,未发现运动员铁营养缺乏;血红蛋白含量与红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、网织红细胞血红蛋白含量(CHR)显著相关(p<0.01)。
【Abstract】 To investigate the changes of blood testosterone of elite athletes during one year’s training period,analyzing the relation between lower blood testosterone and the different training periods;summarizing the changes of the parameters of red blood cell and reticulocyte during one year’s training period;methods: dividing the one year’s training period into pre-competition(March-May)、competition season(Jun-October)、after season and winter training(November-January),tested athletes including track and field,swimming,gymnastics,rowing,cycling,basketball,volleyball,judo,handball,and modern five,then statistically analyzing the measured results of blood testosterone and parameters of red blood cells and reticulocytes;results:blood testosterone of male and female athletes exhibit obvious characteristic with training periods: after competition season and winter training,the blood testosterone was lower,before competition season,the blood testosterone was relatively higher or normal,and it’s recovery was slow,showing that the training periods arrangement was the key factors for the blood testosterone content.the changes of hemoglobin content of athletes during training had no distinct relation with training periods.during winter training,20% female athletes’ blood hemoglobin content was lower than 13g/L,11% male athletes’ lower than 14g/L.apart from 2 female athletes,no one had been anemia in the 830 athletes,there was no case of iron deficiency.the blood hemoglobin content were significantly related with RDW(red cell volume distribution wideth)、MCH(mean cell hemoglobin) and CHR(cell hemoglobin of reticulocyte)(p<0.01)
