【摘要】 本文采用专家访谈法与问卷调查法等,对江苏省5个市有关教体结合的现状进行了实地调研,分析了江苏省体育传统校、培养体育后备人才学校、体育运动学校和青少年体育俱乐部的现状,指出了其在建设与发展过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了一系列建议,旨在建立起适合社会发展需要的培养、训练、输送完善的课余训练体系,为实现建设江苏教育强省和体育强省的目标服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper, through expert interviews and questionnaires, reports a field research into the implementation of combining teaching with training in five cities of Jiangsu Province. In discussing the problems which occurred in the construction and development of sports schools, four types of schools including traditional sports school, school of reserve sports talent training, sports training school and juvenile sports club are observed as samples. Effective ways are suggested to solve the problems. The researcher then highlighted the importance of establishing a sound extracurriculum training system which should cover cultivation, training, and transportation of sports talents. Such a system will be more adapted to the needs of social development and more helpful to promote the leading position of Jiangsu province over the country both in education and sports training.更多还原
