Plyometrics问题探究
On the Plyometrics
【摘要】 文章追溯了Plyometrics的起源,探讨了其译名问题,并对其能够提高肌肉爆发力的生理机制进行了细微的分析,最后提出了设计Plyometrics时应注意的几个问题。
【Abstract】 The paper dates from the origin and discusses the name of the Plyometrics, and also it’s physiological mechanism is analyzed to increase power, and finally, puts forward the problems being noticed when it is designed.
