【摘要】 对广东省沿海欠发达的5个地级市政府群众体育行政部门中的基层管理机构、国民体质监测、信息交流、组织化程度;晨晚活动点中的组织与管理、场地与设施、宣传与指导;以及社会体育指导员中管理状况、基本结构、指导健身情况等进行了调查分析,发现无论是管理部门,还是指导员队伍、活动场地等都出现非协调发展的问题,并提出相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors investigated the following information about 5 municipal governments at regional level in underdeveloped coastal cities in Guangdong province: Grass-roots management organizations,citizen constitution monitoring,information communication and regularization degree with respect to mass sports administrative departments;organization and management,playgrounds and facilities,as well as promotion and guidance in morning and evening activities;management status,basic structure,and physical exercise instructing situation with respect to social physical exercise instructors,considered that no matter in the management departments,or in the instructor teams and playgrounds,the problem of non-coordinated development exists,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.更多还原
